1. CHOOSE A PRODUCT TYPE TO SUIT YOUR HOLIDAY NEEDS
Sectional Title
Sectional Title Ownership means you own a unit at the resort with exclusive usage rights for 14 weeks of the year, every year, with proven rental returns for the remaining weeks.
Timeshare – Vacation Ownership
Vacation Ownership allows you to own 1 or more Timeshare holiday weeks at the resort for the rest of your life.
Timeshare – Express Plan
Our Express Plan allows you to own 1 or more Timeshare holiday weeks at the resort for 12 years.
2. CHOOSE YOUR UNIT OR WEEK
As a Sectional Title Owner, you are able to choose your unit from the newly developed and tastefully furnished ones readily available for purchase at the resort.

As Timeshare owner, you are able to choose 1 or more weeks exclusive usage time in a 2 or 3 bedroom chalet in the same season without worrying about availability!
3. YOU ARE ALLOCATED MEMBERSHIP TIER
Once you have concluded your purchase and we have processed your agreement, you are a BMP Member.
Depending on your investment with BMP, you will be grouped into a Membership Tier. We have three tiers and each of them will grant you access to certain on-site facilities and local area attractions at discounted rates.
- Pioneer Member: between 5% and 15% discount
- Debonair Member: between 10% and 15% discount
- Connoisseur Member: between 15% and 20% discount
4. YOU GET AN ACCOUNT
You will be allocated an Account Number and your account will detail information such as statements, your annual levies due as well potential return of investment for Sectional Title investors.
