Ownership or rental of a Timeshare week in The Kingdom Resort Vacation Club chalets allows you to enjoy a guaranteed week-long holiday in upmarket accommodation with full access to resort facilities. This ownership consists of two types, namely Flexi Week and Fixed Week. Whether you own one or the other, you need to make sure that your levies are paid up first before using your week.
Flexi Week owners may book an out-of-season week at their own Timeshare resort every year, subject to availability. All Flexi owners in the same chalet share in the same Flexi Pool for that chalet, thus the available weeks are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Are you a flexi week owner? Then we suggest you fix your week as early as possible to increase your chances of getting the week you want.
Fixed Week: Owners of Fixed Weeks purchase a specific week module (relating to the same vacation time each year) and are allocated that week to use each year. Fixed weeks are generally based on the Gauteng School Holidays.
